The scene has been permanently blurred. Rajkumar himself expressed displeasure with this move. He said that him getting nude on the sets has ultimately gone in vain! (LOL this s our opinion actually:)

I've just finished watching The White Tiger, a new release with him as one of the leads. It's a great watch. It prompted me to do some research about his previous movies and whether or not he'd done any nudity. It's disappointing that his frontal was removed from Omerta.
I'm not sure how to do screen caps but if anyone reads this and has access to Netflix, then there is an opportunity - two, in fact. In The White Tiger, there's a distant frontal (although I cannot confirm anything can actually be seen) of Rajkummar and Adarsh Gourav as they stand urinating together in a field, on a roadside. Later in the film, Adarsh Gourav squats in public with his trousers pulled down and you can see a side shot of his bottom.
Aside from this, it's an emotionally-titillating movie!
