Sadly in today's Khatron Ke Khiladi they don't give such underwear to male contestants. First of all, let me clear this, This is not Khatron Ke Khiladi, but came on the air much before on Sony TV & not on COLORS. It was back in 2006 with loads on male skin, just following the international standard of the Fear Factor franchise. But it's very sad when the COLORS channel adopted the show the skin show kept on reducing & in the current season hosted by Rohit Shetty all male contestants went into a swimming pool wearing tee-shirts!
