Movie: Vidhan (Hindi) Year of Airing: 2025 What to See: Shirtless, Underwear, Gay Nudity Rating: Ranojoy Bishnu & Rohan Verma : Well it would be wrong to say they are in underwear in the film , but I would rather say there are very few scenes in the film where they are in clothes! I forgot the count how many times they are in various forms of undress. Because of this I am giving this 4 star in place of usual 3!
