Dhanush: Surprising nudity from south superstar Dhanush from the 2005 Tamil movie Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam, although it was shot during 2003-2004. He was only 20 at the time of the shooting, and that the rear shot is a slightly distant one, I doubt it is actually him and it can easily be a double (a very good one at that, the height and bony body structure match surprisingly accurate enough). But it may also be argued that he hadn't received his later superstar stature that early in his career, plus he's always known for pushing boundaries when it comes to acting, so who knows, he might just have agreed (he did imply nudity and underwear scenes in his debut movie in 2002 while he was bare of legal age and it was written by his elder brother and directed by his father!)

You must be talking about Abhinay Kinger (Dhanush's friend)... actually he did some films after this, but never really became popular.
He also has an underwear scene later in the movie when the friends are stripped and beaten inside a police station.
There's one scene in "Citylights" where Rajkumar Rao and one other man are stripped to underwear by 2 bodyguards and checked out by their boss...that humiliation scene is pretty erotic, if someone has the ink for that...pls let know!!
In the movie, Children of War, a hot shirtless man is forced to watch his wife get raped by a daddy(hot) police officer, I wish the man was stripped nude too, but still a good treat to watch, the man's facial expressions of being humiliated. Later in the movie the same man is tied upside down by the officer and implied peed upon!!
In Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story you can actually see the butt crack of Pratik Gandhi while he is swimming in Episode 06.
